Any action taken with personal data constitutes processing. Examples of common processing activities are collection, storage, organization, editing and deletion.

Data collection

Cloudvisor actively strives to minimize the amount of data and personal information that is collected and processed. In some cases we do have to process your data.

If you contact us we will process the data that you provide. This typically includes your name, your contact information and your message. We will process the data you provide as outlined in this privacy policy.

We do not collect data for website analytics but the IT-infrastructure we use to serve this website may collect basic technical data, such as your IP-adress and user agent information (i.e. information about your device and browser used to visit this website).

Purpose & Legal basis

We process your data to respond to inquiries and to provide our services to you. We process your personal information based on the legal basis legitimate interest. We believe that if you are contacting us, you are also legitimately interested in the services we are offering.

We do not perform marketing activities based on your personal data.

Data Retention

We store your data for future communication with you. We store it for two years. After two years we may contact you to ask if you allow us to store your contact information for a longer period.

For legal reasons, we may have to keep some finanical data about our customers for a specific period of time. Such data will be deleted only after no legal obligations to keep it remain.

Data sharing

We may share your data with our staff, partners and sub-processors that supports us in delivering our services.

We utilize Microsoft 365 as our main work tool. Your data will be processed in this system by our sub-processor Microsoft e.g. when we communicate with you, or store your data for future use.

We utilize Oderland as web hotel for thsi website. Basic technical data (IP-adress, User agent) is shared with them.

We do not share your data with third parties other than with our IT-providers mentioned in this privacy policy.

We may share information with registered authorities, if requested, for the purpose of investigating, preventing or taking action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations that pose a potential risk to a person’s physical safety, violations of our terms of use or other occasions when the law requires it.

Data location & transfer

All data, including data processed by our IT-providers, is processed within the EU (Microsoft, Oderland).

Data Protection

We continuously monitor and act on the latest security recommendations from our service providers.

We deploy a strict security configuration as per Microsoft’s recommendations, including two-factor-authentication for all users.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data that we store. We will send it to you upon request. You may also request us to delete your personal data.
